Designed to modernize the educational environment and enhance the learning experience, the renewal of Gladstone High School resulted in a new contemporary learning environment. Beginning with a High School Master Plan, improvements created broad and diverse academic and extracurricular programs offering each student an opportunity to explore personal interests.

Importantly, the project included upgrades and additions to existing building systems with renovations to the auditorium to create an inviting and versatile performance space, as well as a community room. Safety, security, and efficiency projects also took place throughout construction and were scheduled so as to provide the least possible disturbance to the operating school. Upgrades to the cafeteria, administrative area, and entry, as well as a new roof, lighting, HVAC and fire/life safety upgrades were phased over the two-year construction period.
