WILSONVILLE HIGH SCHOOL

IBI Group was selected to re-envision the entire campus and educational program for the high school. This 85,000 sq ft addition and 155,000 sq ft remodel features a new classroom wing with central library, an auxiliary gymnasium, and an extensive remodel and rehabilitation of the existing building core. A state-of-the-art applied technology center was designed to feature high tech labs, TV studios, computer and research areas, offices, and a lecture hall (forum), all prominently featured and all key areas in the complex. These high profile spaces are brought to life through the use of a rich palette of materials and architectural elements, while always stressing a flexible and adaptive learning environment nestled within the confines of a once severely defined space.
