Heidi Guenin

Associate – Mobility Strategist

Heidi Guenin has been working at the intersection of urban planning, public health, and social and environmental justice for over a decade, striving to reduce health disparities by improving access to transportation options. A skilled facilitator, she has engaged in discussions with elected leaders, community advocates, software developers, private business interests and transportation agency staff. Additionally, Heidi has led efforts integrating public health, environmental health, and equity concerns into transportation plans, projects, and policies.

As a Mobility Strategist Heidi manages projects related to emerging mobility with a focus on how technology can improve traveler experiences. Her multi-modal expertise includes walking, biking, shared mobility, public transit, human services transportation and non-emergency medical transportation. Heidi holds a master’s degree in public health (Oregon Health and Science University), as well as urban and regional planning (Portland State University) and a bachelor’s degree in economics and English language and literature (University of Virginia).
